At Drainly, we believe your data is exactly that—yours. We designed our application with a strict 100% offline architecture. This Privacy Policy details how we handle data, which is essentially: we don't.

1. Data Collection

Drainly does not collect, store, transmit, or monetize any personally identifiable information, analytics, or telemetry data.

2. Audio and Microphone Usage

The "Sound Check" feature requires microphone access to perform Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) analysis on your speaker's output. This entire process happens strictly in-memoryusing Apple's vDSP framework. No audio is ever recorded, written to disk, or sent to any server.

3. Third-Party Tracking

We do not embed third-party analytics SDKs (like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Facebook Pixel) into the Drainly application.

4. Changes to This Policy

If we ever decide to change our approach to privacy, we will update this document. However, our core philosophy of a zero-telemetry, offline-first app will not change.
