By downloading, accessing, or using the Drainly application ("App") and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the App.

1. License and Usage

Drainly grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

2. Disclaimer of Liability

Drainly utilizes specific acoustic frequencies designed to help eject water from speaker chambers. However, Drainly is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will fix hardware damage caused by liquid exposure. You assume all responsibility and risk for the use of this application.

3. Pro Tone Generator

The Pro Tone Generator allows manual frequency generation. It includes hardware limiters to protect your device's transducers, but you are responsible for avoiding sustained maximum-volume playback of extreme frequencies which could potentially cause discomfort or hardware fatigue.

4. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with standard international law, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
